To serve its career in creating the humanistic man the HBU sets for itself criteria bringing forththe following efficiencies:

EVENTS IN THE YEAR 2009 - 2010:

1.  Start setting up the classic building with the Roman structurer (12 floors) in the next 2 years 2009 - 2011 for teaching (District 7, Ho Chi Minh City).
2. Inaugurate the base 2 (4 floors) in a 3 hectares area at the center of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Town (on 22/3/2009) which is used for studying, exchange of professors, international students (USA, France, Japan, England, China, Cuba, Korea, India, Africa). 
3. Put to use 2 villas in Vung Tau beach, where the teachers and their family can stay in their vacations
4. Start building and improving the base in Q.11, Ho Chi Minh City to put into use.
5. Invest in infrastructure: Entirely change the whole computer system with high technology, construct laboratories for Biology, Environment, Electronics , Medicine, architecture.
6. Prepare the inauguration (in the end of 2009 or in the begining of 2010) of "the valley of human from outer space" in Bao Loc Town (Lam Dong), scale 300 ha, to build the Hong Bang film factory. This will be used for composing the critical scenarios by the lecturers themselves,... with the modest jealousness to Korean films with have been being watched by Vietnamese young people.
7. Collaborate with the press, non-public of Vietnam universities to organize the "Miss Vietnamese students" competition (the license has been granted to the University of Hong Bang). This is the preparation to organize the Global Miss Student" competition in a famous tourist region of Vietnam.
